Martin Solveig once again managed to deliver a lighthearted party anthem with remarkable substance in the form of last month’s “Do It Right” featuring Tkay Maidza, and the song’s official music video accomplishes the same – but in the context of a more visual medium. Solveig scouted quite the artsy location for his latest music video set against the backdrop of the Spanish structure La Muralla Roja, the video owes much of its picturesque imagery to the landmark’s angular planes.
Built in the La Manzanera development in Spain’s Calpe in 1973, La Muralla Roja was intended to resemble the architecture of the Arab Mediterranean Area. Its bold colors make it one of Spain’s most recognizable landmarks, and it houses 50 apartments.
In the video, directed by Parisian filmmaker Mr L’Argent, Solveig properly channeled the same playful vibe of his track into the mesmerizing video as he runs through a maze of pastel buildings. He is wearing a few different suit to match a unique scenery of La Muralla Roja and one of them turn out to be a custom-made shocking pink suit by Tommy Hilfiger. You can watch the musiv video below:
