Joans Smalls took some time of from her busy modelling schedule as she enjoyed Saturday, November 19 walking around Williamsburg in Brooklyn neighbourhood. The 28-year old supermodel has chosen to live there because it provides psychological distance from her modelling life. She said recently to Vogue: “I like to detach myself from work, to be able to go home and switch it all off, but I like looking into the city.” As it happens, Smalls has resided in Brooklyn and Queens but never Manhattan; she jokes that she’s going to keep orbiting the city’s glitziest borough until she ends up in Staten Island.
During her lazy Saturday, she was rocking a $4,750 Moncler x Thom Browne NYC Tribute US Flag 10 Reversible Jacket. This jacket was designed by fashion designer Thom Browne for the US Flag Collection to celebrate Moncler‘s first American flagship on Madison Avenue. This limited-edition reversible jacket is sold exclusively online. The duvet side is inspired by the stars and stripes of the American Flag, while the reverse side is cashmere-lined. The revenue from Moncler NY Tribute collection will be donated to charity.Joan finished her look with a pair of black Ceinture Ankle Boots (£795) by Balenciaga.
